What class is "C-S?"

I don't know - SCCA "Class C Stock" maybe? I'm not sure how old that class is. This was the Historics, so the class may have been the class it ran in when it was actively racing.
The run groups at Lime Rock are somewhat bizarre at times, so I'm pretty sure it was nothing to do with its run group for the weekend.

I don't know much about Historics, but it would be CP (C Production) I think....
A racing series by any other name still sounds as sweet.

I thought that car looked familar. That's Don Rancine's car.
Is he still the webmaster at Minimania?

I'm no expert, and will gladly defer. Wonder if C Production is the old name of C Stock? Still doesn't explain why the car is currently marked "C-S". We should ask Powderhound - I saw the Mini in his videos from Watkins Glen - maybe he can track the guy down in the paddock!
Aye, 'tis true.

Don't know - never been to the site. I was just walking through Paddock B on Monday after my friend's last race that day, saw the car and said, "McMike will like this."

Oh geez, Don isn't just the webmaster of Mini Mania, he's the owner. For a guy who spent way too much time on Minimania back in the 00s, I should have known this.
Thanks for posting it!

That's great - a random burst of oppo-inspired photography and it turns out to be a Mini celebrity!
